205. OATMEAL AGAR A

Oatmeal or oat flakes 20.0 g

Agar 20.0 g

Tap water 1000.0 ml

pH 7.2

Boil oat flakes in water bath for 20 min, filter through a cotton-gauze filter, fill up to 1000.0 ml.

Sterilize at 121 C 15 min.
