211. OATMEAL AGAR WITH 0.1 % YEAST EXTRACT

Oatmeal 20.0 g

Yeast extract 1.0 g

Agar 20.0 g

Tap water 1000.0 ml

pH 7.2

Boil oat flakes in water bath for 20 min filter through a cotton-gauze filter, fill up to 1000.0 ml.

Sterilize at 121°C 15 min.
