Trypticase Soy Broth (BBL 11768, Oxoid CM129 or Merck 5459) 30.0 g or Pancreatic digest of casein 18.0 g

Papaic digest of soya bean 6.0 g

NaCl 6.0 g

Agar 15.0 g

Distilled water 1000.0 ml

pH 7.3

Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
