Proteose peptone 0.5 g

Casamino acids 0.5 g

Glucose 0.5 g

Soluble starch 0.5 g

Sodium pyruvate 0.3 g

KH2PO4 0.3 g

MgSO4 50 mg

Agar 15.0 g

Distilled water 1000.0 ml. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min.
