Fructose 0.50 g

Yeast extract 0.05 g

Casamino acids 0.05 g

MgSO4 × 7 H2O 0.04 g

CaCl2 × 2 H2O 0.02 g

KH2PO4 0.1 g

(NH4)2SO4 0.1 g

Distilled water 1000.0 ml

Adjust to pH 5.0 – 5.6. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min.
