Casamino acids 7.5 g

Proteose peptone 5.0 g

Yeast extract 1.0 g

Sodium citrate 3.0 g

MgSO4 × 7 H2O 20.0 g

K2HPO4 0.5 g

Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2 × 6 H2O 0.05 g

Distilled water 1000.0 ml

Adjust pH to 7.0 with KOH.

Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min.
