57. PEPTONE MEAT AGAR WITH 1% UREA

Peptone 10.0 g

NaCl 5.0 g

Urea 10.0 g

Agar 20.0 g

Distilled water 1000.0 ml

Do not adjust pH; pH rises to about 8 due to heat degraded urea.

Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
