Yeast extract 30.0 g

Ethanol 20.0 ml

Agar 20.0 g

Distilled water 1000.0 ml

pH 5.0-6.0

Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min without ethanol.

Apply filter sterilized ethanol (0.1 ml/test tube) onto the surface of agar slants.
